"If a child is to keep alive an inborn sense of wonder, (s)he needs the companionship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him (her) the joy, excitement and mystery of the world we live in." - Rachel Carson

Our staff is a diverse group of educators, with a passion and enthusiasm for working with infants and pre-schoolers. We strive to achieve the highest level of excellence utilizing the abundantly amazing talents of our teachers and caregivers. Our staff consists of early childhood professionals who have obtained undergraduate as well as graduate degrees in education, as well as certifications from the State of NJ in early Education. In addition to our full time staff we welcome student teachers and interns pursuing a career in education.

Our teachers work alongside the children, using their role to stimulate thinking, provoke ideas, and encourage collaboration with peers. Our teachers see themselves as teacher - researchers as they share ideas with the children, observe their work, and document children's progress.

Our new staff are trained with an experienced team of teachers and mentored through their first year of teaching. All staff is CPR and First aid certified and participates in continuing education within our school community as well as state and national conferences.
